Products

www.petophotelsupply.com warrant all products on official website do not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.

petophotelsupply.com accept bespoke goods for customers. Bespoke goods means products are produced specifically for a customer and which petophotelsupply.com in our sole discretion have determined are bespoke.

Customer shall be responsible for intellectual property rights with third party when provide trademark, design and pattern of bespoke products to petophotelsupply.com. petophotelsupply.com is not responsible for infringement of bespoke products from customer.

petophotelsupply.com may reasonably request in writing to avoid, dispute, resist, mitigate, compromise or defend the Third Party Claim and to appeal against any judgment given in respect of it. If customer cannot eliminate the infringement or potential infringement, petophotelsupply.com reserve the right to cancel the order and make claim for compensation.

Customer shall ensure that its use of the products is in compliance with all applicable local statutory provisions, in addition to complying with the usage instructions contained in the packaging or labelling of the products. The customer's failure to comply may preclude it from bringing a claim against us or pursuing its rights under these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All pricings on petophotelsupply.com website is quoted basing on Ex-Works,China.

All prices are exclusive of transport, delivery, duties and taxes, value added tax applicable in the relevant jurisdictions. Such additional charges will be invoiced to customers accordingly. All transport fees will be charged according to package volume size, weight and shipment distance. Customer shall carefully check the different packages quantity when order, and order bulkly to ensure the safe transport.

Different rating currency available to check unit price from petophotelsupply.com, including US Dollar, Euro Dollar, Rp Indonesian Rupiah, Philippines Piso, Pound Sterling, RMB and HK Dollars. US Dollar and RMB are the two currency of settlement for choice.

Quality

All products manufactured and sold by petophotelsupply.com conform to national standard.

Products by petophotelsupply.com is in line with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard quality acceptance levels based on Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL).

For bespoke products, petophotelsupply.com conform to the quality control standards already agreed upon and pre-production samples.

Customer can arrange third-party on products inspection. Additoinal inspection fee will be requested. Lab testing is available with additional fee required.

Payment Terms

petophotelsupply.com accept bank SWIFT bank transfer for bulk orders payment, and Paypal and Western Union for samples charge. Wechat pay and Alipay are available for petophotelsupply.com to accept payment in RMB currency.

All sums payable in respect of Invoice must be paid without deductions.

petophotelsupply.com reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to provide any products in advance of the relevant invoice being paid.

All payments are due in immediately available funds in the currency specified in Proforma Invoice to petophotelsupply.com nominated bank account.

petophotelsupply.com reserve the right to apply any applicable payment processing fees and other costs that it incurs in respect of any payment.

Shipping and Dispatch

Shipping and Dispatch can be arranged and processed by both customer and petophotelsupply.com. Products unit price shown on www.petophotelsupply.com website is exclusive shipping freight. Customer can choose shipping ways when they order. When sign contract with customer, petophotelsupply.com would compare forwarders' costs and charges and select the best offer for customer.

If customer prefers to ship products with their own forwarders, customer share the contact information of the forwarder to petophotelsupply.com, and petophotelsupply.com would contact them for all details and support to handle the shipment for customer. And if customer would like petophotelsupply.com to use our own forwarder, then petophotelsupply.com can inquire best shipping freight and arrange shipment for customer.

Claim

Products purchased from petophotelsupply.com conform quality control standards and arrange internal inspection before shipment.

When goods received, customer shall carefully and thoroughly inspect all the goods condition, any defeat, shall send email with photos and videos to petophotelsupply.com within 5 working days to determine who is responsible for the defeat.

For quality defeat, customer shall refer to terms and conditions in Quality, Returns, Exchange, Replenishment. 

Any damage during transport, customer shall contact shipping company and insurance company claim for conpensation.

petophotelsupply.com shall have no liability for any losses incurred by the customer or any other person. As a consequence of any defect in any product caused by abnormal conditions of storage, treatment or handling or any negligence or wrongful act on the part of the customer or its users, employees or agents. For claims for damage reasonably apparent on inspection at the time of delivery or for delivery not corresponding to the contract unless the provisions have been complied with.

Shortage: petophotelsupply.com would carefully calculate all quantity of orders to make sure no shortage before shipment arrangement.

Returns, Exchange and Replenishment

For defeat products, petophotelsupply.com shall determine who is responsible for the defeat issue and provide solutions on returns, exchange and replenishment. 

Products provided by petophotelsupply.com conform to the Quality terms and conditions, and shall not accept return products due to the long distance shipment and complicated import custom clearance processing.

Limitation of Liability

References to liability include every kind of liability arising under or in connection with the contract signed with customer, including but not limited to liability in contract, tort, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise.

Each contract total aggregate liability shall not exceed an amount equal to all amounts actually received from customer. To the extent permitted by law, petophotelsupply.com shall have no liability for any losses incurred by the customer or any other person. As a consequence of any defect in any product caused by abnormal conditions of storage, treatment or handling or any negligence or wrongful act on the part of the customer or its users, employees or agents. For claims for damage reasonably apparent on inspection at the time of delivery or for delivery not corresponding to the contract unless the provisions have been complied with.

Force Majeure

www.petophotelsupply.com reserves the right to defer the date of delivery of products ordered by customer or to cancel the contract without liability to the customer if it is prevented from or delayed in the carryng out of its obligations under the contract due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, any strike, lock-out or other industrial action, fire, explosion, flood, usually severe weather conditions, epidemic and / or related government or regulator-imposed restrictions, loss of power or telecommunication system.

Additional Terms

The signature on behalf of a customer shall be liable to comply with the terms of the  relevant contract. If any provision of the contract is found by any court, tribunal or other administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed delteted and the remaining provisions of the contract and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
