Returns, Exchange, Replenishment

Return and Exchange and Replenishment shall determine who is responsible for the defeat products and provide solutions on returns, exchange and replenishment. 

Products provided by conform to the Quality terms and conditions, shall not accept return products due to the long distance shipment and complicated import custom clearance processing. 

Transport Damage: When goods received, customer shall inspect all the packages carefully and thoroughly to ensure products arrived in good condition. Any damage during transport, customer shall contact shipping company and insurance company claim for conpensation. For hotel amenities cardboard box in small quantity, if defeat during transport, can offer box replenishment in next order.

Handling Damage: shall have no liability for any losses incurred by the customer or any other person. As a consequence of any defect in any product caused by abnormal conditions of storage, treatment or handling or any negligence or wrongful act on the part of the customer or its users, employees or agents. For claims for damage reasonably apparent on inspection at the time of delivery or for delivery not corresponding to the contract unless the provisions have been complied with.

Shortage: would carefully calculate all quantity of orders to make sure no shortage before shipment arrangement.

Bespoke products: In general, bespoke products ordered by customer would not return or exchange. Custom products can be returned if do not follow customer order description or if there are defect in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
