Payment Methods

We accept bank SWIFT transfer for bulk order, and Paypal or Western Union for samples charge.

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

 

Shipping

All products ship out at the customer's expense. Depending on order volume size, weight and distance, different shipping methods are available for choice. Sea shipping is priority way for larger bulk orders, with economic freight cost. And air shipment is superior for volume weight less than 1 cbm, easy handling and cost-effective. DHL/UPS/FEDEX/USPS couriers shipping is available for small packages less than 0.1 cbm and sample products. Service of custom clearance and door-to-door delivery is provided if requested. Additional charges would be necessary.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

When packages arrived, please be assured to inspect goods condition and carton numbers carefully. Any damaged or defective items, please take pictures for us, send all the details to info@petophotelsupply.com, and we will handle as soon as possible. 

Returning

We do not accept returning of the goods for customized items. Returning is not acceptable if no sellers fault or quality issue.
